VPNES 0.3 r186

VPNES is a NES Emulator for Windows written in C++ and requires the SDL libraries.

r186 win32 build (MSVC 2010)

• GUI stability fixes
• Minor fixes

Known issues:

• 0-object hit regression
• APU frame counter regression
• Supported mappers are: 0 (NROM), 1 (MMC1), 2 (UxROM), 4 (MMC3), 7 (AxROM)
• No bus conflict emulation (CPU always wins)
• No settings <— high priority
